On Wednesday, June 23rd, the restaurant will host it’s first-ever Jackson 20 Beer Dinner. Executive Chef Dennis Marron will present a five-course tasting menu, paired with a selection of cold beers from Pennsylvania-based Yards Brewing Company. Chef Marron’s unique menu will provide guests the opportunity to learn how to successfully pair beer with five types of meat, including: Citrus Cured Salmon, Chard Meat Loaf Slider, Pine-Smoked Lamb Chop, Smoke Boar Loin, and a Rosemary-Molasses Glazed Pork Shank.
The dinner will start at 6:30 p.m. and costs $85 dollars per person, plus tax and gratuity.
