Good News: Robeks Blending Soon!

Robeks, which mysteriously closed down on December 15, 2010, should be reopening soon possibly as early as tomorrow. In our last update of this very popular restaurant (you should see the email I have received), we mentioned that the City still has the Robeks administrative SUP listed as ‘Pending.’ I have since emailed the City planner in charge of the administrative SUP process and he informs me that the SUP was approved about three weeks ago.

So Robeks should be reopen as soon as they are ready. In fact, just this morning, I was over in that section of the neighborhood and noticed the lights were on. I haven’t seen the lights on in this location since it closed. There is another sign in the window (see photo below) that states there will be new hours. More on that after the location reopens. Employees and residents in the area will soon be able to enjoy Robeks’ awesome fruit smoothies and healthy eats once again.

Lastly, just a reminder that we need to support all of our local businesses in the Carlyle area.
