The City Council on Saturday June 15 approved a beautiful new residential tower for block 19 in the Eisenhower East area just outside our Carlyle neighborhood near the old ATA building. This will be a LEED certified building that will have 30-32 affordable housing units. This will be the third Paradigm building with Meridian in the name in the Carlyle/Eisenhower East neighborhood.
