DASH is in the process of collecting and analyzing ridership data on all of its routes and obtaining feedback from both riders and non-riders about DASH service. The study is called the DASH Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA), and it will help us to develop and update both short and long range service and route plans. Along with onboard and telephone surveys, the Alexandria Transit Company (ATC) is conducting an online survey to gain additional customer and community feedback. Even if you do not currently use DASH or if you already completed the on-board survey, your opinions are extremely valuable. We encourage you to complete the online survey, which should take about 10 minutes. Your responses will remain confidential. We look forward to your feedback.
