Harris Teeter Old Town – On Schedule To Open September 2014

Stopped by the Harris Teeter development in North Old Town last night and they are making quite a bit of progress on this development.

Above the Harris Teeter, which will be on the ground floor, will be The Kingsley – a new 51,500-square-foot, 175-unit apartment building located at 500 Madison St. in North Old Town. The Kingsley is projected to be completed by April 2014. When the apartment complex opens, it will be managed by Bozzuto. The complex will be pet-friendly with some breed and weight restrictions. The building will also include a fitness center, community room, rooftop terrace and bike shop and on-site bike storage.

As for Harris Teeter, they are on schedule for a September 2014 opening

Harris Teeter has commenced construction of the interior of their store and is on schedule to open in September. The Kingsley apartments are nearing completion and pre-leasing will begin soon with first units available in April.
