Shirley Highway in Northern Virginia – Then & Now #FlashbackFriday


On this Flashback Friday, via William World News, the Virginia Department of Transportation released a flashback video of what the drive along Shirley Highway (a.k.a I-395) looked like back in 1949 versus what the same drive looks like today.
