Tres Hermanas Mexican Restaurant Has Closed in Alexandria, Virginia

As our readers know, Tres Hermanas, located on Duke Street in the West End of Alexandria, Virginia, has been closed since the start of 2015.

We’re hearing that the owner ‘Mango’ Mike Anderson is looking to open a similar Mexican concept elsewhere in Alexandria. We’ve heard Carlyle and a few other places mentioned.

As for the current space where the restaurant is located, we can confirm to you that the owner of the property is looking to put a new Aldi grocery store on site. This would be the second Aldi Market in Alexandria. As soon as I can get my hands on some plans for the site, I’ll let you know.
