Did You Feel the Earth Move Last Night Due to the Earthquake?

Earthquake Louisa

Via WTVR, likely not in Alexandria but, another minor earthquake hit the Louisa, Virginia area this morning. Remember the 5.9 quake from 2011? The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said a 2.8 magnitude earthquake rumbled early this morning nearly 5 ½ miles from Louisa, Virginia, along the central Virginia Seismic Zone. No injuries were reported.

Did you know that earthquakes in this zone date back to 1774?
