  • Ben and Jerry’s FREE Cone Day benefiting Alexandria’s CFNC – Ben and Jerry’s Free Cone Day event takes place on Tuesday April 14th from 12pm-8pm at two locations, the Ben and Jerry’s located in Old Town (103 South Union Street Alexandria, VA) and the Ben and Jerry’s located in the National Harbor (138 National Plaza Oxon Hill, MD). CFNC will have volunteers scooping the free ice cream while accepting tips and donations that will directly benefit CFNC’s mission of providing caring, high-quality; free education and related services to at-risk children and their families in the Alexandria area in order to prepare them for success in school and life.

  • Have a cup of coffee with Police Chief Earl Cook – have a cup of coffee, and bring your questions!
  • Mayor’s State of the City address – Please join Mayor William D. Euille and the Alexandria City Council for the Mayor’s State of the City Address. The “State of the City” will provide the public with highlights of the year, including programs, initiatives and the City’s successes. The address will be followed by the regular City Council legislative meeting.
