Villa D’Este Has CLOSED and Hank’s Pasta Bar is Coming to Alexandria’s Old Town North

Villa D’Este, located at 600 Montgomery Street in the Old Town North neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia, closed recently. In it’s place, Hank’s Pasta Bar will replace it.

If the name sounds familiar, the owner of Hank’s Oyster Bar is opening the new Italian restaurant once the sale of the building goes through in May.

The administrative application (PDF), which was filed this week with the City, says that Hank’s owner will work off the existing SUP for the space. This means no changes to hours and seating, etc.

If you have any comments regarding this request, please contact Planning and Zoning staff at 703 746-4666 or email Nathan Randall directly. The deadline for comments is Tuesday, May 12, 2015.
