Blackwall Hitch in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia – An Update

Blackwall Hitch in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia looks almost ready

Blackwall Hitch, the 10,000-square-foot restaurant taking over the Torpedo Factory Food Pavilion on Alexandria’s waterfront, has been making quite a bit of progress lately. You can see in the photo above the difference from our last update that that the patio seating is in and the name is up over the front door.

I additionally took a peek inside and let me be the FIRST to say WOW! The bar looks finished as does the dining area (looks like there’s going to be 2 levels of dining) and there’s an interesting mural on the wall I hope to get a closer look at in the days to come.

You can view our previous posts on this new restaurant at this link. Crews are working feverishly to get the new joint open.

We keep hearing a June 8 opening date for the restaurant located at 5 Cameron Street on the waterfront in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.

Speaking of opening, the restaurant is now hiring for all positions and we also hear that you can now submit a job application on site.

Menu box is up…
