Whole Foods Acknowledges Mistakes in Overcharging Customers

ICYMI, Whole Foods Market was outed last month for overcharging customers in the New York City area.

Whole Foods initially refuted the claim (see link above) but, then CEOs Walter Robb and John Mackey released the video ‘mea culpa’ below late last week in which they essentially owned up to the findings and acknowledged mistakes were made.
