Five Alexandria Aces Named to Cal Ripken League All-Star Team

The Alexandria Aces will send five players to the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League All-Star Game, the league announced yesterday. The Aces will compete for the South Team which will take place tomorrow, July 15th, at Shirley Povich Field in Bethesda, Maryland.

The Aces will be represented by Nick DiEva (P-Stony Brook University), Gabe Mosser (P-Shippensburg University), Brett Netzer (INF-UNC Charlotte), Danny Pardo (OF-Campbell University), and Kevin Superko (P-Georgetown University).

The South Team is comprised of players from the Aces, Bethesda Big Train, D.C. Grays, Herndon Braves, and the Vienna Riverdogs. The team will be managed by Sal Colangelo (Big Train) and assisted by David DeSilva (Aces).
