Alexandria City Council Debates Start This Week

The November election in Alexandria, Virginia is just around the corner, and all eleven candidates for Alexandria City Council will begin mixing it up this week in debate forums.

Up first is the Departmental Progressive Club City Council Candidate Forum which will be held TOMORROW (September 14) at 8:00 PM. The Club is located at 411 Gibbon Street in Alexandria, Virginia. We’ll have a LIVE blog going at 7:45 PM.

Also this week will be the City Council Candidate Forum at the 2015 Alexandria Business Competitiveness Summit & Expo at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The forum will be held in the Madison South Auditorium at 600 Dulany Street in the Carlyle neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia. The forum gets underway at 8:00 AM on Thursday, September 17.

Lastly, all eleven candidates will mix it up at the West End Civic Associations Candidate Debate on Thursday, September 17 at 7:00 PM. The debate will be held at William Ramsay Elementary School, located at 5700 Sanger Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia. Thursday’s LIVE blog will get going at 6:45 PM.
