The proposed Potomac Yard Metrorail Station Public Hearing Staff Report (PDF) is available for review and comment from NOW through next Monday, September  28, 2015.  If you have ever wanted to get involved with, speak out on, or comment on the Potomac Yard Metro Station project, now is as good a time as any.

REMINDER: TONIGHT, the Potomac Yard Metrorail Implementation Group (PYMIG) is holding a meeting on the project as well.

The Public Hearing Staff Report addresses comments on the proposal received at the public hearing held on April 30, 2015, as well as comments received during the public comment period.  This comment period on the Public Hearing Staff Report is your opportunity to make sure your comments were accurately characterized in the Staff Report, and send clarification if desired.

Comments on the Public Hearing Report will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Monday, September 28, 2015.

If you are submitting written comments on this proposed staff report, please reference the Docket Number R15-01 in your submission. Written statements and exhibits must be received by 5:00 PM on Monday, Sept. 28, and may be emailed to writtentestimony@wmata.com, or mailed to the Office of the Secretary, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. All comments received become a part of the public record, which is made available to the public and may be posted, without change, to this link, including any personal information provided.

The proposed Public Hearing Staff Report is available on-line at this link (PDF), at City Hall in Alexandria, Virginia during business hours, local public libraries, and at WMATA HQ.
