Author Jeanie Mossa Announces the Release of “Whispers of the O’Fae, Art & Affirmations for the Wounded Inner Child”
There’s little doubt about the effects a difficult childhood can have on a person’s development as an adult. Often, physical or emotional abuse or trauma creates a difficult dynamic for the adult. Feelings may be hidden or unhealthily expressed as overachieving with too much stress, or someone who worries about everything big or small. Fortunately, these issues can be addressed. Enter Planet Calamari Art & Publishing and author Jeanie Mossa’s new book, “Whispers of the O’Fae: art & affirmations for the wounded inner child (The Enchanted Forest O’Fae) (Volume 1)”, a guide book for people who have experienced these kind of childhood issues and would like to help heal some of the wounds of the past. “Whispers of the O’Fae, Art & Affirmations for the Wounded Inner Child” offers a warm and loving approach that establishes a safe place for the inner child to play and transformation to occur.
“So many of us repress our inner child and it causes inner conflict and dynamics that touch every area of our lives,” commented Mossa on her new book. “While this is not intended as a substitute for professional therapy, the approach of ‘Whispers of the O’Fae’ can be very liberating and powerful. We all need a safe place to play, don’t we?”
According to Mossa, the book takes readers on an adventure where whimsical spirit-beings guide them into the Enchanted Forest O’Fae, a safe place to play, where no demons, monsters or negative actions are allowed. This gives the inner child the freedom, comfort and ability to relax, to play and to spread their wings, something they may have never done in their entire lives.
“Whispers of the O’Fae, Art & Affirmations for the Wounded Inner Child” is available in paperback both from Planet Calamari Art & Publishing and through Amazon.com.
