Christmas Tree Has Arrived in Market Square in Old Town

The Christmas tree has arrived in Market Square in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia just in time for the 2015 City of Alexandria Tree Lighting Ceremony.

REMINDER: Kick off the holiday season by making plans to attend the 2015 City of Alexandria Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, November 27, at 6 p.m., at Market Square, located at 301 King Street in Alexandria.

Admission is FREE and the event will occur rain or shine.

At this official kickoff to the holiday season, Mayor William D. Euille and Santa Claus will light the City tree in Market Square.
