A newly refurbished Shell gas station opened recently in the home of the former Old Town Car Care Shell Station, located at 801 N. Washington Street in Alexandria, Virginia.
The new, refurbished station is owned by NoVA Petroleum Suppliers, LLC out of Springfield, Virginia. The old station closed down unexpectedly back in the spring. The new station was approved by the City of Alexandria through its Administrative S.U.P. process in September 2015.

I stopped by to fill up here a couple of times in the past month because they seemed to have good prices, or at least competitive with the Liberty and Old Town Gas. That was until my wife noticed a $4000 + charge on our credit card for some place in India along with a transaction fee on the same day that I filled up here. Highly suspicious and I really should have known better, since nobody is ever in the office there, even when they appear to be open and the pumps are working. Do not get gas here!
