Sarah makes a good comment here. Giving the fact we are now seeing more and more closings in Alexandria, are landlords in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia doubling the rent in anticipation of the coming Hotel Indigo and Robinson Terminal South and other new development along the waterfront of Alexandria (The law of unintended consequences??)?
