Lots of local retail closing recently. That’s a little concerning, but hopefully it’s more a reflection of Landlord’s ambitious pricing rather than a downturn in the local economy. If things are falling apart on the King Street area, I’m definitely concerned about less established retail areas like Carlyle and Eisenhower.
