Help Ryan & Jessica Brown With Ryan’s Recovery from recent crash
Alexandria, Virginia resident, MacArthur parent, and cyclist Ryan Brown was severely injured in a crash on Thursday, May 5th. A YouCaring page has been setup to help the family with medical expenses during Ryan’s recovery.
If you can, please consider donating to an injured fellow Alexandrian. I did, and I hope you will too.
Ryan Brown, father of 2 MacArthur students and resident of the Taylor Run neighborhood, was injured in an accident on Thursday, May 5th. He was biking home from work when he was hit by a car at the intersection of West Taylor Run and Duke Street. He suffered severe head trauma and was taken to GW Hospital. He is stable, but has not regained consciousness. The doctors have told Jessica it could be between 6-8 weeks before he regains consciousness as his body tries to heal itself. After that, there will be physical therapy and the relearning of certain things we normally take for granted.
Please help Jessica, Ryan and their two boys with any amount you can to defray the costs associated with the accident.
Thank you for your help!
