The Alexandria Library’s Law Library is pleased to announce that it will host two (2) programs on “Drafting Divorce and Separation Agreements” in conjunction with Northern Virginia Mediation Service (NVMS). The first will be presented by Ron Williams and Diana Ortiz of NVMS at Beatley Central Library – located at 5005 Duke Street – on Monday, September 12 at 6:30 pm.  The second will be presented by Rick Schapira and Diana Ortiz of NVMS at the James M. Duncan Branch – located at 2501 Commonwealth Avenue – on Thursday, September 15 at 6:00 pm.

Northern Virginia Mediation Service will explain the contents of commonly-used divorce and separation agreements (frequently referred to as “property settlement agreements”) as well as the process they use to draft these agreements.
