Alexandria City Academy Now Accepting Applications for Spring 2017 Session

9-week Alexandria City Academy Spring session begins soon!

The Alexandria City Academy is now accepting applications for its spring 2017 session. The nine-week program, which begins March 9, helps participants learn about local government through first-hand experience with a wide range of municipal functions, services, activities and issues. Classes will be held on Thursday nights, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., at various locations.

The program is open to Alexandria residents and business owners, and class size is limited. To review and submit an application online, visit this link. To have an application faxed to you, call 703.746.HELP (4357). Applications are also available at City Hall, 301 King St., Room 1900.  The application deadline is Friday, February 10.
