Report: Alexandria Rent Ranked As 3rd Least Expensive in DC Metro

Alexandria, Virginia is the third least expensive Metro area to rent in in the Washington, D.C. area, according to Zumper in their latest D.C. Metro rent report. For a one-bedroom apartment in Alexandria, Virginia, the median monthly rent is $1,730.

In Zumper’s report, the most expensive rents are found in Arlington, Virginia and Washington, D.C., both with a median monthly rent of above $2,100 for a one-bedroom unit.

In the nation, the most expensive rents are found in San Francisco, New York, San Jose, and Washington, D.C., in order from most to least expensive.
