Alexandria Restaurant Partners to Lease 100 King Street in Old Town

The Washington Business Journal is reporting that Alexandria Restaurant Partners (ARP) has reached a deal to lease the vacant space at 100 King Street in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.

ARP is the group behind Virtue Feed & Grain, in Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia, Lena’s Wood-Fired Pizza & Tap in Alexandria, Palette 22 in Shirlington, Virginia, The Majestic in Old Town, and Vola’s Dockside Grill & High Tide Lounge (also in Old Town) which opened last August.

It is unclear what the restaurant concept will be at this time.

The 100 King Street location has been cursed recently as the location has seen a number of concepts in the past (e.g. Red Curry, 100 King) as well as Carluccio’s, which closed earlier this year.
