Earthquake North of Richmond, Virginia Reported Overnight

The Commonwealth of Virginia was shaken slightly overnight by a 2.4 magnitude earthquake, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.


The earthquake epicenter was north of Richmond, Virginia, about 2 miles south of Bowling Green, Virginia, and about 6 miles down reports said.
