Two Richmond Highway transportation projects are looking for funding Two transportation projects that are key to the Embark Richmond Highway initiative topped the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors’ list of funding priorities that was recently sent to the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority. More people are moving out of Virginia than moving to the Commonwealth The Daily Progress reports that Virginia has seen higher numbers of people leaving the state than moving in since 2013, according to University of Virginia’s Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service. (WTOP)
