The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for the Washington DC area, including Alexandria, Virginia, until 8:00 AM this morning.
They warn of visibilities of one quarter mile or less at times. There will also begGreatly reduced visibilities making travel difficult. Temperatures below freezing will cause a glaze of ice on any untreated surface.
Even fog will freeze to the surface at these temperatures.
At 6:22am Delray hood 31.1F. At this temp fog will freeze to untreated surfaces and increase glaze. Caution.
