Weather Prompts Ground Stop at D.C. Area Airports

Due to severe thunderstorms, both Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Dulles International Airport in the Washington, D.C. area are on a temporary “ground stop” Monday evening, as imposed by the FAA.

Due to severe thunderstorms, both Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Dulles International Airport in the Washington, D.C. area are on a temporary “ground stop” Monday evening, as imposed by the FAA.

For information on flight status, airport officials urge passengers to contact their airline.
