Whole Foods Market grocery store in Alexandria, Virginia is cleaning up after a fire scare late Sunday afternoon.
The Whole Foods store at 1700 Duke Street in Alexandria, Virginia was evacuated near 6 p.m. Sunday, June 3, 2018. Employees had noticed smoke coming from the rear of the store near the bakery department of the store.
Emergency officials say the fire was caused by an electrical short and everything was quickly brought under control.
Nobody was hurt, and the store has since reopened to customers.
