Celebrity Chef Jose Andres is opening a ‘Chefs for Feds’ pop-up cafe TODAY in Washington D.C. The pop-up cafe is located near the Archives-Navy Memorial Metro Station at 701 Pennsylvania Ave, NW.

Furloughed federal employees & families can stop by for a free meal starting at 11am.
