According to planning documents filed with the City today, The Enchanted Florist, located at 139 S. Fairfax Street in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia has filed for a change of ownership.
The new owner, Brian McCarthy of McCarthy Flowers plans no changes to the business. The current owner, Phyllis Kennedy, who has operated the florist shop since 1983, will continue to oversee the operation of the business.
