MLK Poster Exhibition returns to City Hall On this year’s particularly frigid Martin Luther King Jr. Day, city officials, members of the Alexandria Society for the Preservation of Black Heritage, Inc. and representatives of the Alexandria Black History Museum spoke to children at city hall. The ceremony was a part of Alexandria’s annual Martin Luther King Jr. poster exhibition, which for almost 30 years has highlighted the artwork of Alexandria City Public Schools students. With the seemingly never ending government shutdown we all need to laugh and find positive stories. In this instance, YouTube show ‘First We Feast‘ released their season 8 pilot starring Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay.

For those not familiar with the show, host Sean Evans asks celebrities questions as they feast on hot wings that get progressively hotter. Watching Chef Ramsey suffer while eating the really really hot wings made me laugh and I hope it makes you laugh too.
