The Alexandria Police Department (APD) is investigating a felonious assault that occurred overnight in the 1300 block of King Street in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.
A suspect assaulted the victim and fled and the victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was arrested by APD officers a short time later.
‘Felonious Assault’ is defined as an assault that involved (A) a dangerous weapon with intent to cause bodily injury (i.e., not merely to frighten) with that weapon; (B) serious bodily injury; or (C) an intent to commit another felony.

No surprise there; it’s the Rockit Grill. It’s been that way for years, and it’s mystifying that, with the regular habit of over-pouring, it hasn’t been closed down yet.
