In the early morning hours of Monday, October 11, 2021, members of the Alexandria Police Department’s Criminal Apprehension Unit arrested Mr. Rudy Bueso Macedo for the October 10th shooting in the 3800 block of Cameron Mills Road at the Lloyd Apartments.
